iv just got my aem and am having real problems with it, its got gauge w/b, 5 bar map sensor and ait. it was all fine on stock system but soon as i changed to pte 780cc injectors it would not start, if i keep cranking it dose fire but dies all most straight away and plugs are black as if really rich. on the fuel table i entered the injectors as change from 360cc at 45psi to 780cc at 45psi, it then asks me to select battery offset from the list but there are no options to choose from i have to go to menus and do it manually, and in battery off set i am using fic 850cc as from info off aem forum said there closest to pte 780cc.
iv also tried putting them as 1000cc as suggested on aem board to lower fueling but nothing is working, i even tried new plugs yesterday but still nothing. anybody with pte 780cc what did you do to get round this problem?
if itll help i can send a copy of my cal for anyone to look at in case ive done something stupid. or if someone who has 780cc can email me one to
chrisscott666@hotmail.com so i can compare it to mine.
a important note is im using cal 1.19. could this be the problem? iv read its not 100% yet. but worked fine on stock injectors.
injectors are second hand so haven't been tested. that will be my next step.
any help greatly appreciated as were pretty new to the aem over here in the uk
