have a question, is the wideband and narrowband O2 bung the same?

if so, would it be a bad idea to take out the rear/front o2 sensor and replace it with the wideband o2 sensor?

i already have the o2 sensors rigged up because of the NA harness, so i could easily send the signal from one o2 sensor to both prongs on the ecu.
