I think you have some basic combination and tuning issues to figure out before you look at bigger mods...
You should invest in a logger, and a fuel pressure regulator of some sort. Once the stock system is properly in control, you can take it to the next level....

It was like this before I got the bigger fuel pump. I put the fuel pump on last friday. It was like this before the fuel pump. Logger coming soon.
