There are one of two things i would do in this situation. I would either try to pick up a good used tranny around here for about $400-$500 since a lot of people are doing an ATX to MTX swap. Or i would call up mentor mitsubishi and either order a brand new one from them ($1,393 includes torque converter too) or ask them about getting a remanned, which would probably run about $200 less.
