I disagree.
Here is example. I have boost comp so at vacume of -11 (idle) AEMs substracts arond 80% of the fuel, right ( i do not have map infront of me but it should be around 80-90%).
So, my fuel map RAW value is 150. Taking 80% off and 150*.2=30
Without boost comp you will have value of 30.
Now lets look at resolution. my msecbit =40
bost comp fuel at 150 map value = 150*.00004*.2 = 0.0012
bostcomp fule at next map value of 151 = 151*.00004*.2 =0.001208
now without boost com
without boost com at 30 map value = 30*.00004 = 0.0012
without boost come at next value of 31 = 31*0.00004 = 0.00124
so as you see with boost comp you minimum step will be
0.000008 sec vs without boot com
0.000040 sec
So your resolution is not better.
One would ask, do you really need that much resolution? do not know but it is better with full boost comp map.
