I am pretty sure you can NOT.
EMS holds only one fuel,ign and boost map.
You can play with boost level controlled by a switch changing the target boost....Not sure how usefull it is since you can't change main boost duty map. You need to tune boost inegral control for both boost levels at the same time which may be tricky. I think the way to do it is not to use main boost duty map at all or set it set value across the board.
Anybody successfully used AEM boost control functionality.
I am using only main duty map at this point and it works to a certain degree, but not a flat boost line.
