I will say it again, I will build ADAPTER for K-type EGT sensors to produce 0-5V output so they can be connected to the AEM extra two 0-5v inputs.

The problem is that the EGT inputs on the AEM are configured to SEND +5V to the sensor and measure the current flow to determine the resistance in the RTD probe to read the temp. (At least that's how I understand it to be - I looked at the problem a while back also).
Therefore you need a device which mimics a thermistor and varies the resistance and not the voltage.
