fwiw, I run the W02s (dual chan uego) directly in place of the factory O2s. The directions said to place them something like 16" or 18" downstream from the exhaust port. I had checked out a few other people running WO2 on 3Ss, and found enough people problem free using stock O2 placement, that I figured it's fairly safe.
