I just called Mitsubishi at 888-648-7820 / Opt 3 / Opt 5 this week, and they are able to look at what dealership signed off, and the date it was signed. This may help get you answers, but you still may have to fight with the dealership. Also, with this number, you can file a complaint towards the dealersip if you see fit.
