Be sure to find out exactly what comes in that kit. Some poeple will say kits come with all the bearings but usually that means "all the tappered bearings at the end of the shafts and not the needle bearings for the gears". Assuming you would need any bearings to begin with of course.

Once you know what is included in the kit compair the cost of the kit to the prices given by all our current suppliers. I have found that some times it is cheaper to buy the parts individually through a different supplier than to a get a kit from a newer parts source. You should find out if they are OEM brand.
