One minute to:
1. Attach tool
2. Tighten a little - remove rocker arm
3. Tighten more - remove keepers
4. Loosen to remove tool
5. Remove valve retainer
Less than a minute to:
6. Attach o ring to top of valve stem (to keep it from falling into cylinder)
7. Remove pressure from cylinder
8. Lower valve stem
9. Remove spring
10. Pull up valve
11. Re-apply pressure
12. Remove o ring
Two minutes to:
13. Remove VSS
14. Lube valve stem
15. Carefully install new VSS
And less than 2 minutes to put everything back together again.
5 minutes to replace each VSS without removing the heads or removing the timing belt/camshafts - NOT BAD!!
