I am 99% sure I saw a pic of a Mitsu tool in the manual or on a site for removing the rocker arms with cams in place to change valve lifter. As I recall it hooked onto the CAM shaft to depress the valve enough to remove the rocker arms.

(Or perhaps I was just dreaming?!)
