That's a tube & fin oil cooler. It flows well with minimal pressure drop.

The stacked plate (or plate & fin) design like the Setrab cools better but flows worse. I've seen claims of a 35% efficiency increase over the tube & fin type.

I guess it depends on what you want. If you want the coolest oil go with the plate type and if you want to maintain high pressure thru the cooler you can run a tube type. Then again if you're a big nutball you can run two plate type coolers and get maxmimum cooling with minimal pressure drop.
