Hey guys just got back from 5 days on the beach... what did I miss?? I was in Myrtle Beach
Automotively speaking it was an interesting trip... cruising down ths strip Thursday night in my friends civic, missing my car like HELL (it was torture!), pass a couple of low riders on chrome, 2 or 3 monster truck types, SUV's with spinners, then out of nowhere a 360 spyder. I almost wet myself. As Ferrari's go I know they are pretty common, but still, he's driving a Ferrari and I'm in the back seat of a damned civic, lol. Then Sunday we're headed to Taco Bell for lunch, hang a U-ey at a red light and what's waiting on the other side?? A blazing red Berlinetta. I thought vacations were supposed to make you feel good, LOL. Other than that it was about 10,000 mustangs, only 1 cobra and 2 saleens, and various rice. Did see 1 turbo'd 240sx. Only 2 3S's- both NA. One was actually pretty sharp. Black '97, c/f hood, green neons (didn't look too bad actually), really clean. Too bad it was a stock SOHC. Of course that's pretty much all I ever see on the beach, all show no go (Other than the Ferrari's and a couple of Muscle cars). Fun trip, though, much needed. Looking forward to taking my car with me next time
