Ok I was hoping it might just be that that was just its resting point but be accurate anyway. The guy I bought it from said it was like that when it was new. If the gauge is off +1.5 then could I just compensate and set boost at 12.5 to get 14 or not? Probably not safe. So how did you fix it when you took it apart? What exactly did you do and how hard is it?
