Thing is before I installed the controller/gauge I had the free boost mod done and no beep ever. After boost controller/gauge it even did the beep at around 12.5psi. Maybe the beep is when the boost stabilizes at full boost on the gauge since it only does it when it hits full boost. Anyone know? I guess I could hook up my friends logger and see if its knocking. If not it has to be the gauge.

Now that you have the boost controller set why dont you disconnect the gauge for a run or two and see if it is still beeping?
