Listen this was not about starting an argument, or about agreeing with people who are all basically saying the same thing. What it was about is that once someone gets ahold of parts, they have a monopoly.. and we are opened up to be price gouged like a mother f*cker. Is that too hard to understand? I was just saying, that I HOPE that WHOEVER works this out for us doesnt take advantage of us.... and gives a comparable price to what we have been accustomed to. If it does turn out to be Howard, then great because I feel too by his post that he will be fair with the situation. If there is a surcharge, given the situation, I have no problems.... provided the final price is still respectable. What I dont want to see is prices that USED to be given by CRS multiply x2 or more because we have not a choice to get elsewhere. If it comes to that, I will not bitch... well maybe once... but after that the car goes up for sale. It is not worth having a car that costs more to rebuild then what the car could sell for in my eyes.
I guess first off we need to find out if we can even get the parts worked out, and then we can cross this monetary bridge.
