Re: the how to on how to do the digital climate control conversion.
-------------------Right hand drive-----93 RT/TT (The last donor car)
Display -------------- MB898523-------- MB898523
Auto AC Controller --- MB897173-------- MB897174
Right Motor ---------- MB609564 <---RECIRCULATE/FRESH AIR (in RHD this is the left motor)
----------------------------------------MB439125
Center Motor -------- MB657287-------- MB657209
Left Motor ----------- MB439074 <---NEAR STEERING COLUMN (in RHD this is the right motor)
----------------------------------------MB439123
Controller Comp ------ MB897122N-------MB897122 (not changed in CCC)
Caps shows 90.5 and some 91 cars as having different displays and auto controllers. After 91 they are the same until 98. It looks like the Auto AC Controller --- MB897173 is the celsius controller as the display is the same. Hopefully the sensors are the same. They could be checked with an ohm meter.
It doesn't look like the motors work.
I hear that there is a 91 display that is not as bright????
