I would go to the track more often if their was one near by but the nearest one is 180 miles from where I live. So thats the only problem with that.
My best G-tech stock N/A was a 15.3 and best G-tech with TT was 14.7 bold tires. I have only taken my car once to the track since the TT conversion and I blew my clutch/pressure plate. (Tore a hole in the tranny) But I got in 2 runs before that. First was a 20!

My intercooler pipe came loose off at the line on take off. 2nd run was a 14.6 with 6 lbs. of boost and I didn't even floor it in 1st and 2nd. (thought the pipe would come loose again) On the video tape it looks like a regular take off from a stop light.

And of course the 3rd I Blew the clutch. Went to 8 lbs of boost and it couldn't handle it.
I was deciding on converting to a 6 speed tranny like gatecrasher did but it seems like it might be a little to much work and MONEY. I would have to buy the shift linkages, clutch slave cylinder, bracket, Custom Sheild for the transfer case, and TT axels. So I may just go with another N/A tranny with a 3SX stage 3 clutch and Fidanza Flywheel.
Let me know what you guys think! Which one should I do. HELP ME OUT!! I still got time to decide.
My friend found me a 6 speed at a junk yard for only $500. What a Steel. But still not sure if its in good condition. I may go look at it this Saturday.
