I'm probably just going to do a cheap MAF upgrade rather than play around with the honeycombs, because un-smoothed airflow could cause metering inaccuracy or inconsistency and I'd rather have my tune stay put. 
EDIT: My figures above are a little rough for simplicity, 550cc/min injectors are actually ~52.77% larger than stock, but who's counting.

I've tuned it for a flat 12:1 until 5K where I tuned it for a flat 11.5:1, and there is not any inaccuracy or inconsistency in the A/F. Maybe .2 at the most which may be just my foot not depressing the pedal all the way at all times..
