No reason? Phalse and other members have gotten into the mid 12s @ 107-110 with BPU + 450 or 555 injectors + AFC. The increase fuel + timing helps out the trap and top end of the car.

Also, it is a really good safety precaution to run at 15+PSi. You can also run a bit more than 15 and into the ~16-17PSi range or whatever the stock turbos can spike at. Moreover, you can lean/rich out and save some MPGs on the highway. Not bad considering it can be done for under $400 depending on if ya buy new or used, brand, etc.

Also, it's a good idea for people like me, that don't want to dive into the world of upgraded turbos for the reasons of stupidity and financial reasons. How many people do I talk to drop $$$s into their car and have no friggin clue what they are doing. I can really go into this further but I just want to learn before I do things. I don't want to be a person that drops in upgraded turbos with the fuel mods and not even know how to tune my AFC or anything about my car.

It's prolly good idea to do things in small increments financially. I can't drop $4K into a turbo upgrade but I can do all the supporting mods first and then just drop in turbos when I have the financial means to do so.

Everyone has their own opinion tho.
