What bulletin are you talking about? On the "recall notice" card i got in the mail it says " Your '91 year vehicle is in need of correction to assure its continued safe operation"
Tell your dealership there is a reason its called a RECALL and i can fax you a copy or give you the number of the dealership i got my recall notice from. Its in Dallas Tx though
